Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using biggredwon.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

This Site is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. BIGGREDWON does not provide gambling services directly; the Site links to third-party platforms operated by our affiliate partners.

BIGGREDWON is an affiliate partner of dedprz.com. We may receive compensation when users register or wager on dedprz using our referral code BIGGREDWON. All gambling activity takes place on dedprz.com, which is operated and controlled by a separate entity. We are not responsible for the operation, fairness, or outcomes of any games on dedprz or any other third-party platform.

The monthly leaderboard competition offers a prize pool split among top wagering players who registered on dedprz using code BIGGREDWON. Prize distribution, eligibility, and rankings are determined at the sole discretion of BIGGREDWON and may be changed or cancelled at any time without notice. Wager amounts are verified through the partner platform.

One-time milestone rewards are available to users who have an approved casino account link and meet the stated wager thresholds. Payouts are issued to the Ethereum (ETH) wallet address you provide in your account settings. You are responsible for providing a valid, correct ETH address. BIGGREDWON is not liable for rewards sent to an incorrect or outdated address. Rewards are one-time per milestone per user and are subject to admin review and approval.

You may register using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to: creating fraudulent accounts or claims, attempting to manipulate the leaderboard or milestone system, scraping or copying Site content, or engaging in any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Gambling involves financial risk and may result in the loss of money. BIGGREDWON is not responsible for any financial losses incurred on third-party platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIGGREDWON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
