Admin Panel Guide

The admin panel isn't linked in the main navigation. To open it, go to the bottom of any page and tap the subtle Admin link in the site footer.

You can also go directly to /Admin in the address bar.

• Tap the footer Admin link → opens the password screen.
• The password is stored securely as a server-side secret — it is never visible in the site's code.
• Only share it with trusted staff. Change it anytime in dashboard Settings → Environment Variables (ADMIN_PASSWORD).

The admin page is gated behind a password screen. Enter the admin password and tap Unlock.

Tip: Use the Lock button in the top-right of the panel to sign out and re-lock the screen at any time.

At the top of the panel, two stat cards give you a quick overview:

• Pending Links — number of users waiting for their casino account to be approved.
• Total Users — number of registered users on the platform.

Three tabs switch between the different management areas:

Users submit their casino username plus a screenshot proving ownership (from the Settings page). Each request appears here as a card showing the screenshot, Discord username, casino username, and submission date. You verify the screenshot matches the claimed casino username, then approve or reject.

• Approve — marks the link approved. The user's casino username is now linked to their account.
• Reject — marks the link rejected. The user must resubmit with valid proof.

Only pending links appear here. Already-reviewed links are hidden to keep the queue clean.

Lists every registered user with their email, full name, linked casino username, and the ETH wallet address they set in Settings (used for leaderboard payouts). Users who haven't set an address show Not set.

This is read-only — use it to cross-check payout addresses before sending crypto.

The leaderboard automatically syncs wager data from the Dedprz Streamer API every 5 minutes. This tab lets you start a new competition period, view the countdown to the next reset, and trigger a manual sync.

• Set Up New Leaderboard — starts a fresh competition with a custom prize structure and countdown.
• Sync Now — manually triggers an immediate API sync instead of waiting for the next 5-minute tick.
• Watch Tutorial Again — replays the 3-step setup wizard walkthrough.

The active period's start and end dates control which wagers are counted from the Dedprz API.

1. User links casino account → request shows in Casino Links tab.
2. You verify the screenshot and tap Approve.
3. Leaderboard auto-syncs every 5 minutes from the Dedprz API — no manual updates needed.
4. At month end, review final standings and send prize payouts to the ETH addresses listed in the Users tab.
